New Delhi: Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles share price today: Shares of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) slipped over 2 per cent in Thursday’s trading, tracking a broader decline in the Nifty Auto index. The stock opened around 1 per cent lower at ₹298 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and extended its losses, hitting an intraday low of ₹295.75.

Here’s why Maruti Suzuki is going slow on eVitara sales
The country’s largest carmaker has taken nearly a year from the time it unveiled its first electric vehicle, the Maruti Suzuki eVitara, to when it finally began leaving showrooms. In its first full month of sales (March 2026), the Maruti Suzuki eVitara has seen just about 2,000 cars leave showrooms in India, while the company has exported over 21,000 eVitara models since production began in Hansalpur, Gujarat, in August.

Electric three-wheelers eye 7–10% price hikes outpacing ICE makers
Mumbai: Electric three-wheeler makers are contemplating price hikes of 7-10 per cent in early FY27, sharply higher than the 0.5–1.5 per cent increases already rolled out by ICE vehicle manufacturers such as Tata Motors, which have planned from April 1. leaving the segment exposed to currency volatility and supply chain disruptions.
EKA’s 40,000-EV capacity plan runs ahead of demand and volumes
Mumbai: EKA Mobility’s scale ambitions are outpacing its current business, signalling a shift in India’s electric commercial vehicle market. The company has a build capacity for 40,000 electric commercial vehicles annually, which includes a capex for 10,000 buses, 6,000 trucks, and 24,000 small commercial vehicles.
Force Motors reports 20% growth in domestic sales in FY26
